小猪视频 RCM uses 小猪视频 intelligence® to display payers’ plan codes. A plan code is a unique code used to identify a specific insurance plan for a payer that has many insurance plans. Plan codes are configured in 小猪视频 Home Health, 小猪视频 Home Care, 小猪视频 Hospice, or 小猪视频 Palliative Care, then transmitted to 小猪视频 RCM.
To view a payer’s plan code in 小猪视频 RCM, navigate to the Claims tab and click on the desired claim to open it. Select the Payers and Subscribers tab to navigate to that section of the claim. Click the edit icon under Actions next to the desired payer to view the Plan Code field.
Plan codes cannot be added or modified in 小猪视频 RCM. To remove the plan code from the claim, click Clear.
