It takes a village! A project of this magnitude requires a strong project team. Our team is built of 65+ individuals with expertise, tenure, and is representative of impacted areas. To make the transition as seamless as possible, СÖíÊÓƵ is partnering with Avaap, a consulting firm, for system implementation and change management support. Together, the consultants and СÖíÊÓƵ team are working through planning, building, and testing the system. Each area in the project has an identified Avaap consultant, СÖíÊÓƵ lead, and supported by subject matter experts from СÖíÊÓƵ. This project offers the opportunity for alignment across departments as the team works together to establish best practices for the future of СÖíÊÓƵ.
