小猪视频 Care now enables clinicians to respond to star ratings left by organizations. This enhancement gives clinicians the opportunity to add an explanation, note of appreciation or rebuttal to information left in their star ratings, so other organizations viewing their ratings have a full picture of the clinician’s and organizations’ past experiences delivering care through 小猪视频 Care.
To view your star ratings, navigate to the three-line menu in 小猪视频 Care and select My Star Ratings.

To respond to a review, click Respond.
Enter your response in the text field and click Save.
Your response will appear on the My Star Ratings page for organizations on 小猪视频 Care to view.
